Wagfield’s mission is to help enrich, and even save dogs lives, by offering affordable, accessible, best-in-class socialization and training solutions. Our online training classes cover the full spectrum of skills needed to make for happy, well-adjusted new family members.
Wagfield is committed to corporate social responsibility and strives to positively impact the dog community. We see ourselves as part of the animal welfare effort in seeking to address shelter relinquishment, overpopulation and preventable euthanasia. We know that behavioral problems are the number one reason given when dogs are relinquished to shelters, so our goal is to enable every pet parent to access trusted, complete, force-free, science-based training and socialization content whenever and wherever they want. By removing location, scheduling, quality trainer availability and price barriers, we believe that more dogs will get trained, and stay happily in their homes.
Dr. Jeannine Berger, DVM, DACVB, DACAW, CAWA is one of the most credentialed small animal veterinarian behaviorists in the country, if not the world. Jeannine also lectures internationally at veterinary schools and conferences. At Wagfield, Jeannine is happy to provide trusted health information to our students and to help them bridge the gap often found between veterinarians and trainers.
Lisa is a certified dog training expert (CBCC-KA, CPDT-KA) and in addition to her role at Wagfield, she is pushing the dog science envelope even further, pursuing a PhD in canine cognition and behavior.
